[Posted 8:40 PM PDT, 18 March 2013] We will be performing rolling restarts for regions on the main Second Life server channel on Tuesday, March 19, beginning at approximately 5:00AM PDT. Please refrain from rezzing no copy objects, making inworld L$ transactions and remember to save all builds.

5 to 7 is always an average time. Just be a little more patient. It should appear as "completed" shortly. :smileyhappy:
