Yannick,

I'm sorry we missed your question.

Since you can log into SL with your ALT account please try these steps to resolve your problem.

1) Locate your Primary account support directories and delete them. Here is how to find these:

Procedure

The procedure to use depends on your operating system:

Windows 7

  1. Open C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local and delete the contents of your SecondLife Avatar folder

If you can't see the files or folders described above:

  1. In Windows Explorer, choose Organize > Folder and Search Options.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
  4. Click OK.

Windows Vista

  1. Open C:\Users\<username>\AppData\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife and delete the contents of SecondLife Avatar folder.

If you can't see the files or folders described above:

  1. In Windows Explorer, choose Organize > Folder and Search Options.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Select Show Hidden Files and Folders.
  4. Click OK.

Windows XP

  1. Open C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Second Life and delete the contents of SecondLife Avatar folder.

If you can't see the files or folders described above:

  1. In Windows Explorer, choose Tools > Options.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Select Show Hidden Files and Folders.
  4. Click OK.

If this fails to work, try a Clean Install:
