Since you can log into SL with your ALT account please try these steps to resolve your problem. 1) Locate your Primary account support directories and delete them. Here is how to find these: Procedure The procedure to use depends on your operating system: 1 Windows 7 2 Windows Vista 3 Windows XP Windows 7 Open C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local and delete the contents of your SecondLife Avatar folderIf you can't see the files or folders described above: In Windows Explorer, choose Organize > Folder and Search Options. Click the View tab. Select Show hidden files, folders, and drives. Click OK. Windows Vista Open C:\Users\<username>\AppData\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife and delete the contents of SecondLife Avatar folder.If you can't see the files or folders described above: In Windows Explorer, choose Organize > Folder and Search Options. Click the View tab. Select Show Hidden Files and Folders. Click OK. Windows XP Open C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Second Life and delete the contents of SecondLife Avatar folder. If you can't see the files or folders described above: In Windows Explorer, choose Tools > Options. Click the View tab. Select Show Hidden Files and Folders. Click OK.
