We appreciate our tenants loyalty and choice to continue staying with us. To show our appreciation we have developed a new reward program. In Jan and Feb free rent was given to a number of tenants and in Feb, we gave away two weeks free to a tenant that has been there a year!

Tenants will be rewarded as follows:

 

3 Months = 3 Days Free

6 Months = 1 Week Free

12 Months = 2 Weeks Free

Thereafter 1 Week Free every 6 Months
