I really don't want to pay more than 4800/week, but will negotiate as I would gladly pay more if there were more prims available.Either Light Commercial/Res or Commercial.Beach or grass, doesn't matter.Please IM or send a NC. Locating you in the right place depends on the type of commercial activity you want it for, but an example of where you would be best suited is here: Larose This location is stunning, flat sandy beach, more suited to residential, but light commerce would work there. Another option is on my home sim which I am currently laqndscaping and theming. I've relocated my main clothing shop there, but have set aside a 1/4 sim for a potential renter who fits in with the theme/style of the sim. Do have a look at it.
