My viewer forgot me....

i have a store on the marketplace. Everything was fine, but at the last week, when i wanted to put items to the marketplace, my viewer said, "i have to create a store". Gosh. But i have a store. i can log in to my store with the viewer's browser, i still sell there, but viewer still dont let me put items there. i tried to uninstall the viewer, and  use an other one, but same results.

So it just forgot my store??

And of course i can't create a new one, because i dont have the option to do it, because i already have a store.

What can i do?

Ok, thanks your answer. i tried to log in from an external browser, and log into sl, but same result. if  i open the merchant outbox, theres a message that i " need to create a mrktplace store" :/

Can you please try to log into your store from an external browser and while logged in relog into SL. Then come back and tell us if that worked. Don't start a new thread just edit your post to add new information.
