Multiple texture hud for Lola Tango appliers

Hi, I am looking for someone that can help me with making a hud for multiple textures for the Lola Tango appliers. 
It's only possible now to use one applier for one texture but I am a skin designer and need to have a hud with several textures so my customers can easily switch from one skin to another. I use BOSH now, but how to make that compatible with the Lola's?
Anyone that is willing to help me out?
