im banned from a region and the admin says im not on the ban list. HELP!!

i tried to join a RP Sim and it says i am banned. i contacted the admin of the sim and she says im not on the ban list. i dont know the problem. can anyone help me.

Ok there are two levels of banned

1) A Region/Estate ban which is done by the owner of the Region/Estate;

2) A parcel Ban which is done by the owners of the parcel and/or those in one of the Parcel Land Group Roles with permission to ban.

Make sure you have contacted each class of Land owner in case the "Admin" is only responsible for one of the levels.

3) A ban being enforced by an administrative object. This kind of ban may not update the Land or Region ban groups but yet will throw you off the region/Parcel none the less.

The Admin of the RP Region should be aware of any and all possible ways you can be banned from the region/parcel he is the caretaker of.

If he is aware of all of the above and said you are in fact not banned, what was the exact message you received the last time you tried to enter the region/parcel?
