Lost icons with new upgrade and will not let me drag to bottom where I like. How can I do please?

I usually keep my most used icons on bottom of screen.  New upgrade will not let me drag them to the bottom where I had others before.  Can this still be done.  It says in the icon box to drag but nothing happens.  How can I get icons to show please?

Do a clean install of the latest viewer. Something must have been borked when upgrading. First uninstall your current version as explained below, then download the new viewer from this website.

This will restore all the default parameters and should fix your icons issue.
