trouble getting into a sim

people have a hard time teleporting into my sim.  What would cause that.  There's only a few people

What does having a hard time mean? Does it take a few attempts or can they never teleport in?

Is this a private region or mainland? Have you restricted entry to those with payment information or age verified?

Have you restarted the sim if a private region?
