In fighting brain cancer in RL, I have forgotten two of my avi's passwords, I get no email to help

I am recently struggling with brain cancer in RL. and have forgotten passwords for two of my avitars.

Nicolina Darbyshire and Xandria  Lavender, I have tried the forgot password option at SL login, but recieve

no emails to reset passwords. What can I do to retrieve these two accounts?

Hello, check your spam folders. For some reason somethings mails from Lindens go there.

Else you can call support hotlines, only english langauge, they will ask you a few question to proof your identity then reset.

But before that try again having an email send and check the accounts you used to setup the avatars.
