Yes there is.

Removing an item:

1) Review your Cart [Order]

2) Click on the Remove from Cart option to delete that unwanted item

3) Repeat until your cart has only the items you wish to purchase.

 

Changing the Quantity of an item:

1) Review your Cart [Order]

2) Change the QTY of the item

3) Click on the Update Quantities button.

4) Repeat until your cart has only the items you wish to purchase in the quantities you want.

1) Start the Marketplace
2) In the upper right corner is the icon of a Shopping Cart with a number next to it that represents how many items are in it - click on that.
3) The contents of your Shopping Cart will be presented.

Review the contents is what you do. Read what is in the cart and deal with each item individually. Afterwards you may proceed to Checkout.
