 from time to time i get  bombarded  with a notecard  WGS August enrollent  ,  can someone please  help to to   stop this from happening as i have no idea who its from  what its for     and i  dont want to  join    or enroll   into any  such  thing   'ive tried in vien to   find out whoes sending this  notecard  but connot  find , can some at SL  please help  with this  Issue .

First of all, block/mute everytime you receive such pop-ups. If indeed you didn't join any group that could be at the origin of these unwanted messages, you are entitled to AR them, preferably with a screenshot of the message. It is considered as spamming and therefore a violation of the ToS.
