Completely private and EM Rights given. This is not a "buy this at 2 weeks then I'll jack the price to 7200" this is the price that it will stay at. Homesteads are going for over 7000 a week so this is A STEAL. I assure you I'm not going to take your money and run as I have several homesteads and have been in business awhile.
