If someone mutes you will you still get their busy message?

I have a question... I recently got into a fight with one of my friends. He removed me but I dont know if he muted me... so my question is this... If my friend muted me, would I still get his busy message?

It depends on the Viewer your friend is using actually.

If your friend is using Firestorm, for example, you may receive a "similar" busy response readable only by blocked people. But still it means your friend blocked you and you cannot interact with him/her untill unblocked.

If your friend is using the Viewer 3, you won't receive any responses.

 

So if you receive actually the busy response alike, it means your friend has enabled that option from Firestorm.

Besides, if he/her is using Firestorm, there's a way to find out if you are blocked by him/her: Stay in the same region your friend is and send him/her a notecard. If you receive istantly "....declined your inventory offer", it means you're blocked
