"I have tryed to start it up like 15 times now and it dissappears over and over again? why?"

-------------------------------------------

For your problem I have no clue ( neither does anyone else).  All that can be offered is guesses and guesses seldom solve the problem (only lucky ones).

But here's a why for you.  Why would you ever dream that when asking for help that you would get that help without telling people (the people you are asking) something that will help them help you?  No one in these forums has access to your computer.  We don't know anything at all about the computer, the network, the connection, the operating system, the viewer(s) that you are experiencing this problem on.  We don't know if this crash is really a crash or something related to connection to the Internet.  Would you ever dream of getting help from your local car mechanic if all you sent him was a email telling him that your car would not start?  I bet you would include some details........such as what type or car it is, what happens when you  try to start it, and you may even tell him that you just filled the tank with gasoline this morning.  So, why don't you tell us a little about your computer, how you connect to the Internet, what operating system you are using, what viewer you are using.  The important things to tell about the computer is how much system memory (RAM) you have, and what video card (or adapter) the computer has plus any on board video RAM the card might have.

You just can't expect much help by giving only the information you just gave.  To add to your post use the "Options" in the upper right corner of your post box and "edit".  Don't start a new thread, please.
