This is best found, once logged in, in the HELP tab of your view interface under "about". That ought to open a floater with all your details on it. Copy that to your clipboard and then you can post it here!:smileyhappy: My guess initially would be that you need to update the driver of your video card, or failing that to do a full "clean" re-install of the viewer.
