Baking to a Rest Pose in Avastar

I made some clothes in Marvelous Designer and I've problem when I rig them in Avastar. I adjust the pose then I do a weight copy from the Avastar weights to my jacket and then I make "Bake T Pose" (Not T-Pose Rigging). After that my jacket doesn't fit well (as before) because my the garment changes a little bit.

How can I do to avoid that?

You run an old version of the Avastar tool. That issue has been solved a while ago in update 694. Here is the corresponding note:
