Deeding Mainland

Hello,

 

Looking for some advice/feedback. I am attempting to deed my parcel of mainland to my group, however when I attempt to deed it I get a box that pops up saying that the the region does not permit deeding of land. I thought preimum land could be deeded/donated to a group?

Most of it does.  If you are referring to land that a Linden Home is on though, you are not allowed to do that.  You can set the land to group, but not deed it.  Setting the land to group will accomplish what you want if you are doing this to give a partner or roommate rights.
