Unable to download save to my hard drive

I am unable to safe photos to my hard drive each time I try secondlife freezes I get the not responding error and have to go to task manager to close the program. This just started happening with no changes to my systems I.  I have tried 2 different viewers 2 different computers both computers running windows 7 64bit.  Not even sure where to begin to isolate the issue.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Are you running any kind of cloud storage software?

MS SkyDrive [part of MS Essentials & may have been installed without your knowledge] is the worst culprit for this.

if you're happy tinkering in the Registry, you can also remove the icon overlays, as described here - http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/cloud_storage 

Don't try the tcmalloc fix unless you're actually on Firestorm. I have no idea how it would behave if you changed it on any other viewer.

Thanks everyone for the info.  It was MS Skydive updated on both computers on the sameday.  I should have thought  of the updates.  Thanks again for the help.
