E&C Properties has a beautifully decorated 1/4th sim parcel for rent. Alot of the land has been sunk so you can surf, swim, sail, jet ski, etc. It can always be raised if you need more land. Comes with 575 prims! MUST SEE!!! Dance system, security upon request or you can put in your own.
