What would cause a History of Dinosaurs documentary to overlay music I listen to?

Recently when I go to a certain club to listen to music and dance a spoken documentary on the History of Dinosaurs overplays over the music. It will stop then a laugh track takes it's place. I have asked other people in the club if they are experiencing the same thing but apparently it is just me.

Has this been reported anywhere else on SL? I have uninstalled the viewer and re-installed and that did not work and this issue is really interupting my enjoyment of SL.

You be jamming....with both the Media and Music running at the same time.

Check your Preferences and you will find that you have set both Music and Media to automatically play if available.

Sounds like you are playing "Near by media" Go in preferences and turn off that setting in Sounds and turn off "Allow Media to auto Play"
