Wanted: Mesh Avatar

Hello I am looking to pay for a commission to have an avatar created for me, I am a massive fan of a series of games called splatterhouse, what i want developed is an avatar based on the main character, There are many mesh bodies out there but none match his height/skin, as well as a lack of shorts that fit most mesh without them being customly rigged

What I am looking at buying is an avatar that looks like this:

To note: The amount of blood on the model is what I am looking at, not over the top but somewhere in between.
