With the growth of Steelhead came the need for an expanded residential area to fit Steehead's growing population. Steelhead expanded to the southern inlet creating Harborside, an upscale residential area.

Surrounded by water, inlets and sandy beaches Harborside is mostly a residential community with Victorian and Romanesque homes, cobblestone bridges and various sandy beaches and alcoves still retaining its soft wildish forest look with massive trees lining the streets and bridges over narrows, waterways and inlets.

Harborside is a mostly residential community in the Steelhead Sound with upscale elegant American Victorian setting suburbs of Steelhead Capital with some wilder soft forest.
