Hiring a builder - Art Deco style

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can build an oceanside, slightly grungy 1920s / Art Deco pavilion for a gaming area (Zyngo, etc.). This will be one enormous room with many windows and entrances, and fill half a sim. Think Coney Island, Boardwalk Empire, old carnivals and freak shows, and you will get an idea of what I want. If you have seen the Arcade Gacha build, that is a similar style. 

I'm fine with prims, sculpts, mesh, or a combination; I just want something that looks great. I shouldn't need any custom sculpts or textures that aren't available on Marketplace etc. other than maybe a front facade piece or sign. 

I prefer that the building be transfered to me full perms, but I won't resell it in any way. Looking for someone who can start building right away. If you can help please IM me, Ayesha Lytton, inworld with info about your skills, fee, and LMs to or pictures of your work.
