How can i create a message board

hi, i want to create a message board in the second life in which anyone can write on it, so please if anyone can help me by sending me a code for this or explain how can i do this, actually i want the users leave posts not just to be a chat group...thanks in advance :)

Make a free message board (if you google "free message board", you can find quite a few sites offering that service) and display it on an object in-world as a shared media ( http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Shared-Media/ta-p/700145 ) so that everyone could interact with it.
