Known problem with some video drivers - update to the latest drivers you can get. It used to be ATI/AMD that had the most problems with this but I haven't heard anything about it lately from that group. Some Nvidia users started having the same problem recently but it was corrected by the latest official driver from Nvidia (306.23)
