Whenever I try to launch SL software it crashes, what do I do?

Does it crash at any specific point, like at initializing vfs?

Please take a look at the system requirements you need to be able to run Second Life. This may be your problem.

As Dilbert says, you can add more to this thread by clicking on "options" at the top right hand corner of your original post and "edit".
