Probaly not. Debit cards are not accepted outside the US. Your best bet is to have a verified Paypal account as your payment info. See this KB about accepted payments and using Paypal:

I am from Paksitan,

I have tried two banks debit cards. First debit card gave me problem of real time transactions, that transactions can only be done real time and not with the merchants that stores data and use it regularly. Second debit card, Merchant is not charging it at all, giving temporary processing error again and again.

That's pretty stupid, SL is a global community, Linden Labs need to work around that.

No, In fact you can't buy L$ from Pakistan.I tried Visa CC, Master CC, Skrill but all failed. I'm also from Pakistan this is my case history.
