Hi Lillybett. Sorry but we're just residents like you with no powers to ask any Linden to discuss this with you or him and it's rare that any Linden even reads anything on Answers or the Forum.

You'll have to explain exactly what the problem is and maybe we can offer advice. What happens when he trys to login?

Can he log into the website even if he can't log inworld or are both unavailable to him?

Was he banned from Second Life for some reason or is this some kind of technical problem?
