Is there any news regarding the requirements to be in the Professional Creators Program

I have not read anything on what reqirements LL are going to have to enable region owners or posibly renters to have access to the Professional Creators Program or is this gonna just be another version of the now defunked soulution providers list ?

I'm not sure if it's even exist there was a reference to some tweets that's about all I can find about it searching google.  Sounds like at most it might just be a simple registration like uploading mesh, if they do any thing at all.
