hi..  How do I place a ticket to LL for abandoned parcel?

Uh...what sort of a ticket?  Do you want to buy it?  Or report some sort of violation on it?

From the KB:

If you find that a land parcel's owner no longer appears in search, there is a possibility that the land may indeed be abandoned. If you have a premium account, you can trigger an auction for abandoned land by opening a support casewith the following information:

1. The parcel's SLurl.
2. The concern that prompted you to investigate the parcel's status.

In many cases, the land goes to auction if no owner can be determined.
