Looking to use some land

I am developing a new six episode machinima series called Confidential Deceit.
The series takes place in the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area and the
fictional town of Silver Lake.  I am looking to borrow and use either an entire sim,
homestead, half a sim, or half a homestead so we can film our series.

If you can donate land to us, that would be spectacular. Thanks so much.

You want to use the land w/o paying at all? Wondering if you know how much sims, homesteads cost in USD? You didn';t even specify how long this 6 part series would take, meantime sim owner pays out real money?
