How to make my avatar stay sharp and not blurry.

How can I make my avatar look like this http://www.flickr.com/photos/39956998@N03/7438419952/in/photostream/ all the time? Basically I don't want it to be blurry. Oh and could it be the skin? Should I get that skin and maybe I wont be blurry? If so does anyone know what skin that is?

I have no idea what this skin is. However, regarding the blur problem, it is often caused by an alpha or tattoo layer you are wearing. Try taking one of these off. Then press Ctr+alt+R then quit immediatelt the viewer. You should be back to normal when you relog.

Of course, you always try wearing another skin if you are in doubt and if the above foesn't fix your issue.

That has nothing to do with what skin you are wearing. Try disabling HTTP textures (press Ctrl+Alt+Q to activate Developer menu), clearing the cache and relog.
