unable to connect to a simulator

i heard the group tag can cause this but i cant remember my group tag which is active , how can i figure that out please?

It would be a bit tricky to findout. Have you tried to disable group tags in preferences before you log in ? Should be on the general tab in prefs

Also there has been rolling restarts today . The region could be down . You can also direct your viewer to log into a specific region in preferences general tab...  Try logging into another region Like Agriopis if you have not already done so
