I set up an alt and cannot find how to access him; can you tell me how to do this, please?

You access it the same way as your primary avatar.

1) Launch your viewer.

2) Type in the ALTs Name [ ????????? ] Password [ password ] and login.
Note: Other Viewers  may require this format - First Name:[ ????????? ] Last Name [ Resident ] Password [ password ]

3) Wait for the new avatar to complete it's initialization and then start spiffying it up

As Karen said but I wonder if you mean you want to access him same time as you are inworld with your avatar. If so, you need to enable multiple viewers via Me > Preferences > Advanced > tick Allow Multiple Viewers. However, you will need a good computer to run two viewers same time.
