I have a premium account trying to use one of my NEW accounts I created today. I cant make

  I am a premium usser   I created a new  alt  today and now  I not only cannot change her password  but  I cant log in with her  either.

Whether your main account is Premium or not will have no effect on any alt accounts you create...they will be Basic accounts unless you upgrade them to Premium.
