Should Mesh Vehicles be considered Broken?

It is reported, in the weekly info on Roll-Outs of test code, that no Mesh Vehicle can pass from a Pathfinder region to a region running the normal Havoc code.

I don't know of any useful way of detecting what server version the next region is using. Even banlines need time to rez, and are affected by the camera position used.
