BUILDING

I am building and I dont know how to attach the builds together! ie: The door the walls floor roof, etc.

 

Also if someone could tell me how to get a rezzer? Like so when I sell it when they buy it they recieve a box that when they click is scripted so they can click it and rez or derezz it. Please answer! And answer detailed because I'm a newbie at this!
