The easiest  way is just wearing something else it  will replace and send   the out old  fit  back into your inventory , but if  you wish to  take off  all just click on your avatar and  then on  take off  and then  rove  what ever you  wish .It can  also be removed  from out the inventory in the   worn  tab

Hi Nette.

In addition to great Brigitte anser, perhaps you are asking for how take off some underwear. Some new avatars come with "modesty" undergarments.  They are part of the skin, and you can not take them off.  What you will have to do is get a new skin and replace your actual skin.  You can get free skins inworld and in marketplace. (Maybe there is a nude skin in the Library of your Inventory, but I cannot confirm it at this moment).
