It would help to know what kind of computer and OS (Windows, Mac or Linux).  And which viewer you downloaded (SL or third party)    Just use the Options - Edit to add the info to your post since Answers format doesn't have a way to reply.

Generally speaking, you download the application from the web, run the installer and then launch the viewer.  If you've done all that and you are getting nothing, then recommend you try your download/install again.
