why am I unable to rezz in my linden home anymore?

I am suddenly unable to rezz anything in my linden home. It keeps telling me Owner does not allow even though I am the owner. I've checked and rechecked that all settings are correct and it makes no difference what viewer I am using even after reintalling. Also unable to see any items that are rezzed in a sandbox or friends properties with only one exception and thats my tip board it seems to rezz fine everywhere but at home.

Great answer Roseysun.  Here is a workaround.  Cam down to your feet. So view is looking straight down, then rez your object in the middle of the screen.  The object should rez.  Okay!  Hope this helps!
