How I insert a new motion in my Avatar?

People, if you Know, I would liked to know how I inserto a new motion in my Avatar?

 

For example, I would like that my Avatar kick a ball!

I kwon that is easier find an animation, but in this moment I use the second life for one school experience.

The aim is record a motion and insert this motion in my Avatar! Do you understand me?
