teleporting problem help please ASAP!

When i try to teleport to this certain place i keep on crashing.. i tried doing clear cache.. clean reinstall.. trying different viewers..but still not successful! plus i need to go there cause i have a store in that land and also it is where i have set my home..

 

other details.. its not only in my main character when i try to let my alt go there.. it also crashes but i can successfully tp to other locations xcept for that place help please!

Contact the owner of the sim and request a sim restart.

Try this.  Go to preferences, then graphics tab.  Set graphics to low, then teleport.  This works for me, and I hope this works for you!
