Broken Avatar...?

i am having problems with my Avatar....
it doesnt load correctly like shown in the links..

i have purchased skin/shape  thinking that was the cause but it seems no matter what i do it just always ends up  like these
it may be "fixed" for  a small amount of time, but as soon as i change one thing other parts vanish

i have tried

-other viewers, using the character test male and female, deleting cache, uninstalling viewer and reinstalling it again

nothing for me seems to work

however a friend has been able to fix this problem, but following the  exact same steps they have does not seem to work for me

That looks like very very low graphics settings too. How old is the computer and what does it have for graphics hardware? It will be good to go to Help>About, copy to clipboard, and post that here.

i had it on low to see if it would render faster but it shows the same on ultra aswell

my computer is relatively  new

graphics  isnt as new as the rest, but it is still capable of running high end games on med/high settings

thing is it was working fine at the start, then it suddently started to mess up
my friend can log on and fix itno problem...
and im still kinda new here

The GeForce 9 series are still capable cards, I suspect your viewer might be leaky. Please clear your cache and then try again. Also maybe you should update the driver.

all my drivers are updated  checked daily,
i have cleared the cache both through the option with the client and manually
but it does not seem to fix the problem
i have reinstalled Phoenix Firestorm  does not seem to help much, i have tried Second Life Vier, Phoenix viewer
but these all seem to have the same issues for me

does anyone know wtf is going on with this? It happens randomly when i change skin/shap/clothes  only on this account, the other account i tried this doesnt happen to
I have tried everything you could thing of.....this is really starting to annoy me now
can anyone shed  even a little light on this.....
