Can I trade the style of house I have with my premium account?

I don't like the home I chose with my premium account. Can I trade for another style in another sim?

Yes. Just take your stuff back into inventory and then Abandon Land in the About Land dialog.   You should note however that alot of people have been complaining here in the forum that there is currently a lack of choice in Linden Homes at the moment.  So there is no guarantee you will get what you want right away.

How can I find out what homes are available?

One suggestion I've heard is to use an alt. The problem I think with that is they would have to be a premium account. Not sure of the Linden Home process as I don't have one and don't want one even though I'm a premium account. I prefer living where I want and building my own houses
