At Linden Lab, we're always looking for new ways to support you and make your experience as seamless as possible. That’s why we’re updating our support hours, so you can count on getting the help you need, right when you need it!

New Support Hours
Starting October 18, 2024, our Phone and Live Chat team will be available during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM SLT

Our ticketing system at https://support.secondlife.com is always available. 

These updated hours will allow us to focus our resources during peak times, ensuring that your questions and concerns are addressed more promptly. We believe that this change will help us provide even better customer service, and we look forward to continuing to support you during these new hours.

We remain dedicated to delivering the same high level of support and customer care, just within a slightly adjusted schedule.  In the near future, we will have some exciting new ways in which to help all our Residents. This will take a little time, so as soon as we have something new to share we’ll post a new blog with all the information.
