Is this possible with scripts....?

A kind of wheel that spins and lands on a random category (like in many game shows on tv), but where the texture will light up or change to indicate it spinning and landing on it. I'd also ideally want it to only be spun by someone once in each 3 minutes and say in local who spun it.

Better still... if someone already created the above I'd love to buy it because I couldnt find anything on market place. Feel free to IM inworld Reebes Starfall

Everything on your "shopping list" looks doable. Combining them I guess should be.

You want a script to animate a prim rotationally and have it slow down over time.

You want a script that stops this rotation at a random angle.

You want a script to change the texture on a prim, or apply glow/light to a prim. which texture or which linked prim being based on what angle the rotation stopped at.

You want a script to say who touched it in local.

You want a script to disabe everything for a set amount of time.

- These are all pretty basic items by themselves. I've seen almost all of them in free script libraries. Many might even be single function short scripts.

I'd wager this one would not be hard to put together.

I'd also bet you could find it out there somewhere, though it might take forever to track down, especially if its some old freebie.
