I have that hair.  It is called TossMeAround and it is sold by Bish Hair.  They only have an inworld store.  They don't sell on marketplace.

This looks like a very, very old hair from a company that I believe is no longer in business called "Bish Hair". I'd try that place or "Analog Dog". Good luck.
