My Viewer crashes when I try to log on what do I do?

I have just got SL and played for about an hour. Then I crashed when I tried to teleport to a new location

 I restarted viewer and every time I try to log in it crashes whenever it's loading the world. I have tried logging into both last location and home but it still happens. I am using Windows xp and Firefox browser.
