I didn't get my products! I pay twice...need help

Hello,I'm a player in SL.
I'm from Taiwan.
I have a big problem with shopping on marketplace.
I have 3 account include ChristinaHuang Resident,NancyHope Resident,EricaDollin Resident.

I use EricaDollin Resident get some product from marketplace, but the product didn't send to EricaDollin Resident.
the products going to send to NancyHope Resident?(I didn't set it as a gift)
I dont know what's happened.
I try 2 times and still can't get the products I dibet.

I only need 1 product to EricaDollin Resident.

Erica,

If you had been logged in at NancyHope earlier, it is remotely possible that you encountered a bug in the MarketPlace whereby the GUID information of the previous login was used to complete the transaction even though you appear to be logged on as EricaDollin

Please raise this issue to support:  Submit a Support Case

As a possible workaround, please clear your web browsers cache before making purchases on the MarketPlace.

Question: What Web Browser were you using to make the MarketPlace purchases?

I read the whole outstanding Issues list for The MarketPlace and did not see this issue represented. I tried repeating it but was unable to so I haven't reported the event.
